Faunbrook Menus

We are unique caterers! We have what we believe is one of the finest staffs of chefs, bakers and food professionals in the industry. We pride ourselves on our food quality and diversity, our flexibility, our dependability and timeliness and our value for products and services received!

Faunbrook catering special events staff will work with you to customize your menu in conjunction with additional event planning to ensure a successful, unique event.

  • Breakfast

    We offer an extensive breakfast selection to satisfy a variety of tastes and dietary choices. It also allows a different selection each day for week long meetings, keeping away the boredom and repetition of other caterers.

    • Bagels

      A variety of fresh baked bagels with butter and cream cheese (plain, low fat & flavored), peanut butter, country jams, nutella & marmalade. We include a toaster and accompaniments so you can prepare your bagel “your way”.

    • Beverages

      Coffee and decaffeinated coffee and Assorted Teas, served with half & half, Soy Milk upon request, Raw Sugar and Sweeteners.

    • Breakfast Burritos

      Scrambled eggs rolled in flour tortillas with your choice of meats & cheese (or not) bell peppers, red onions and roasted corn. Served with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo salsa.

    • Breakfast Quiches - “Faunbrook”

      Made with brie, sundried tomatoes, avocado and caramelized balsamic onions.

    • Breakfast Quiches - “Lorraine”

      Made with caramelized leeks, fresh thyme and turkey bacon.

    • Breakfast Sandwiches

      Fresh cooked eggs served on a variety of muffins, croissants, ciabatti rolls, whole grain and multigrain breads and rolls and bagels. With a selection of cured bacon, ham, country sausage and pork roll. With or without artisan cheese. Arugula and fresh tomato. Egg whites also available on request.

    • Cold Breakfast

      We also offer a selection of yogurt, Greek yogurt, homemade granola and cold cereals.

    • Fruit

      A section of bite sized fresh cut domestic and tropical seasonal fruits, fresh cut and artfully arranged. (optional tossed with a ginger mint mango sauce).

    • Hot Breakfast - Crepes

      Thin rolled pancakes with your choice of sweet or savory fillings.

    • Hot Breakfast - French Toast

      House baked Challah bread, thick sliced, lightly battered with eggs. Dusted with cinnamon and sugar served with butter, Vermont maple syrup and fresh cut berries.

    • Hot Breakfast - Frittata

      Seasonal Frittata with baked country eggs, fresh herbs along with your choice of artisan cheeses, assorted meats, smoked salmon and seasonal vegetables.

    • Hot Breakfast - Omelets

      Artfully prepared with your selection of fillings. Some possibilities: Cheeses (American, Imported Swiss, provolone, aged provolone, Asiago, feta, cheddar, brie, mozzarella, asiago, goat and more), Meats (bacon, country breakfast sausage, smoked ham, turkey bacon & pepperoni, and filet of beef steak), Fishes (Crab or smoked salmon), Savories (onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomato( fresh or sundried), spinach, broccoli, scallion, asparagus, hot peppers, avocado).

    • Hot Breakfast - Roasted fingerling “home fries”

      Onions, scallions, rosemary, crème fraiche`

    • Hot Cereal - Oatmeal & Cream of Wheat

      Served with a selection of dried fruits, nuts, honey and accompaniments including brown sugar, raw sugar and butter.

    • Juices

      Fresh Orange, Grapefruit, Apple, Cranberry, Pomegranate, Mango and Guava.

    • Pastries

      An arrangement of house made muffins, scones, butter croissants and artisan breakfast pastries. Assorted jams, country jellies, cream cheese and butter.

  • Desserts

    From the French word desservir, "to clear the table." Dessert was originally quite light, and it was intended to clear the palate -- and the state of mind. Faunbrook Catering 's concept is simple; do not become stressed over desserts. Dave,our Pastry Chef has an endless imagination and his creativity extensive. We chose not to list a menu for this category. Perhaps just allowing Faunbrook, to assist you in the final execution of a wonderful experience. The possibilities are endless, from a Viennese table, patisserie selections, a medley of custards or creamy desserts, elegant cakes, miraculous meringues, small temptations, or sumptuous sauces.

    • Lunches

      While Faunbrook Catering is capable of providing the same old, same old, we take pride in our ability to make things a little more special. All Sandwiches can be made into wraps and visa versa. Order the selections that tempt you, or allow us to use our creativity. If there is something you desire, Challenge us! We pride ourselves on the quality and experience of our staff and their ability to prepare anything imaginable.

      • Hot Options-Burgers & Dogs

        Your choice of hamburgers, turkey, veggie, salmon or tuna burgers, paired with hot dogs, turkey dogs and hot sausage. Accompanied with an array of cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onion, baked beans and condiments. Includes a house style salad and/or mac & cheese.

      • Hot Options-Comfort Foods-Chili

        Chicken and beef ground and chopped ,blended perfectly with a variety of creative spices, tomatoes and assorted beans .An assortment of toppings, including avocado relish and toasted cumin crema' alongside homemade corn bread or baked potatoes.

      • Hot Options-Comfort Foods-Mac & Cheese

        Fresh pasta blended with melted creamy cheese, and topped with fresh bread crumbs, baked to perfection. Served with a naked salad, dressed lightly to offset the guilt.

      • Hot Options-Comfort Foods-Mom's Meatloaf

        Mom’s Meatloaf with smashed garlic potatoes, or sweet potatoes, traditional gravy and seasonal vegetable such as baby english peas, creamed spinach or fresh creamed or roasted corn.

      • Hot Options-Comfort Foods-Stew

        Beef and wild mushroom stew mixed with a variety of root vegetables served with buttermilk bisquits & butter and an artfully arranged green salad

      • Hot Options-Gyros

        Traditional and chicken gyros along with falafel served with a fresh local pita accompanied by tzatziki (yogurt cucumber sauce) lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with rice pilaf and if you like, spanikopita (spinach pie) and a nice Greek salad.

      • Hot Options-Pasta

        Stuffed shells, spinach & cheese manicotti, penne pasta, meatballs, sausage and garlic bread served with Caesar salad and cannoli for dessert

      • Hot Options-Phabulous Philly Cheese Steaks

        Beef, chicken or veggie cheese steaks, served on a roll with fried mushrooms, fried onions and “whiz”, or a variety of fresh sliced, melted cheeses. Accompanied by salad, house made chips and mac & cheese. (Tasty Cakes make a great dessert with this lunch.)

      • Hot Options-Tacos and Fajitas

        Chicken, beef and vegetarian tacos or fajitas with corn and flour tortillas, spanish style rice ,refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and other accompaniments.

      • Salad- Asian Noodles

        Cold Asian vermicelli with scallions, water chestnuts, watercress and sesame dressing.

      • Salad-Bountiful Beets

        Roast beets blended with whole grains, red onion, black currents, wilted greens in a light vinaigrette.

        Caesar salad with either grilled chicken or grilled shrimp, homemade croutons, aged parmesan cheese and homemade yogurt based caesar dressing.

        Wild rice and wheatberry pilaf, blended with our Chef''s mysterious creation of ingredients.

        Roasted fingerling potatoes, nicoise olives, hardboiled egg, seared ahi tuna, green beans in citrus vinaigrette.

        Baby spinach with roasted peppers, hardboiled egg, steamed asparagus, buttered pecans and maple bacon vinaigrette

        Thinly shaved figs with parmigiano reggiano cheese paired with bitter arugula, lightly tossed with a reduced balsamic dressing ,having a hint of honey.

        Spinach, pine nuts, goat cheese, red onion, peeled and seeded cucumber, served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

        Seared ahi tuna on herbed flatbread with arugula, sprouts and wasabi mayonnaise

        Diced, fresh roasted chicken, pears, candied walnuts, celery, grapes, with a yogurt based fresh herbed dressing.

        Roast beef with yogurt based horseradish and dill cream, on multigrain bread or roll, with caramelized onions, leaf lettuce and tomato.

        Assorted grilled vegetables, arugula, simply spiced hummus in a pita pocket, topped with kalmata olives.

        Grilled pork loin with fall applesauce and whole grain mustard, on your choice of fresh baked artisan bread.

        Traditionally cooked and glazed ham with brie cheese, accented with sharp honey mustard, on artisan bread of your choice.

        Roasted turkey with cranberry compote on your choice of bread with cheffonade of marinated leafy green cabbage.

        Grilled portabella with olive tapenade on foccacia with spinach and tomato.

        Crab Seafood salad, with sliced avocado, paper thin cucumbers and wasabi mayonnaise.

        Grilled chicken and caesar with aioli style dressing with romaine lettuce and shaved dry jack cheese.

        Any of the following can be created and combined, pick just one or a variety. Onions are optional so please specify. * Eggsalad, (with or without crushed bacon), shredded lettuce and sliced tomato . * Tuna Salad with chopped celery, finely chopped sweet onion and poppy seeds with shredded lettuce. *Just Tuna Salad.         Grilled seasonal vegetable with pesto or sun-dried tomato pesto spread.

      These energy style snacks will allow your employees to recharge and refocus as well as relax and indulge. This menu may only be ordered in conjunction with other meals. Please order your snack items with your breakfast or lunch orders. Snacks will be delivered with your breakfast or lunch. (Minimum 10 people). Other culinary combinations are available upon request.

        Assorted Petit Fours, with a variety of seltzer based drinks to add a sparkling refreshment to enhance and offset the sweet flavors.

        Assorted tea sandwiches, scones with clotted crème and assorted marmalades and jams, biscotti or Madeleine style cookies and lemon curd tartlets served with iced tea and or assorted hot teas

      • Candied Nuts and Dry Fruits

        Maple Coated Walnuts, pistachios and Pecans with Dried Cherries, Pineapple Mango and Seasonally selected dried fruits.

      • Cookies and Bars

        An assortment of homemade cookies and dessert bars along, fresh brewed coffee and an assortment of Tea.

      • Crisps to Dip

        Assorted tapas style snacks, mixed herb olives, fire-roasted peppers artichoke hearts. A choice of two delightful dips; hummus, guacamole, pico de gallo, smoky white bean, eggplant chutney served with your choice of pita crisps, corn chips or crostini .

      • Cupcakes

        An assortment of flavored cupcakes, creatively decorated for the season or the occasion.

      • Hand Fruits and Power Bars

        Seasonal hand fruits served with pumpkin, ginger, dried cherry and Almond style pound cake (or) an apple, raisin, walnut (granola) type power bar cake. Served with farm fresh apple cider or other seasonal style beverage.

      • Michelangelo

        Italian cookies and pastry assortment. Accompanied with fresh roasted Italian coffee, assorted teas, hot or iced.

      • Vegetable Crudités

        A variety of market’s freshest seasonal vegetables served with our choice of two dips; basil dip, spicy peanut dip, curry dip, horseradish dip, mustard dip, blue cheese dip and Chef created aioli dip.
